Dr. Ara Chitchyan received his medical degree from Yerevan State Medical University in Yerevan, Armenia. He completed a surgical residency at Easton Hospital in Easton, PA and his rehabilitation residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI. He specializes in rehabiliation medicine with a special interest in amputee rehab.
Dr. Nowak joined the Vascular Institute in 2000. She is widely experienced, having practiced as a trauma surgeon in Pittsburgh before moving to the University of Iowa for a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery. She is board certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
