Dr. Cindy Kelly's emphasis at The Denver Clinic for Extremities at Risk is bone and soft tissue tumors in all age groups, as well as osteonecrosis (avascular necrosis of the bone). She is nationally recognized for her work on surgical procedures for treating osteonecrosis and continues to do research and has published widely on bone and soft tissue tumors. She is also a member of Colorado Limb Consultants. Dr. Kelly was named a "Top surgeon" by the Consumer Research Council of America in 2002.

Dr. John Gerhold is a Board Certified Radiologist who specializes in Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and PET (Positron Emission Tomography) Imaging. He is a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, IL. He completed his Nuclear Medicine Fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Denver, CO. Dr. Gerhold is Vice-Chairman of the Imaging Department at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center and the Director of Positron Emission Tomography at the Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Colorado. He has contributed to and authored various articles on the subject of PET Imaging and lectures on this topic as well.
