Dr. Nowak provides personal care tailored to each patients unique situation. She works with her patients and their primary physicians to find treatment plans that are optimal. She is dedicated to preserving her patients quality of life. She is committed to educating her patients about their condition so that they can enter in a partnership with her for their vascular health care. She works well with referring physicians, as they are an important part of her patient's continuing care. Dr. Nowak is interested in the broad spectrum of vascular medicine and surgery. She works with The Denver Clinic at Presbyterian St Luke's Medical Center to provide vascular surgery services for patients with threatened limbs whether from tumor, infection, or ischemia. She is interested in the vascular care of women of all ages. This includes treatment of everything from care of varicose veins to complex aortic, carotid or distal vascular bypass. Dr. Nowak cares not only for the acute problem, but strives to optimize the patient's overall vascular health with a treatment plan that includes recommendations about risk factor modification. She has expertise in both the open and endovascular management of vascular diseases. |
