She obtained her MD degree at UCLA, graduating with honors and completed her orthopeadic surgery training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. After completing a fellowship in musculoskeletal oncology at UCLA she relocated to Denver and joined the Denver Clinic for Extremities at Risk. Her areas of interest and expertise are bone and soft tissue tumors, in all age groups, and Osteonecrosis (avascular necrosis of bone). Dr Kelly is one of a handful of nationally recognized experts in surgical procedures for the treatment of osteonecrosis. She is a member of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society and participates in clinical research in the areas of bone and soft tissue tumors.
